Is Dry Needling right for me?

The word "needle" can be a little scary, but dry needling is a safe, effective way to relieve muscle pain. This technique is different from traditional acupuncture and is performed by specially trained physical therapists. It's designed to target myofascial trigger points – those tight, painful sore spots in your muscles that can be caused by repetitive movements, holding positions for long time, or injuries.
